About Kapitall, Inc.

Back in 2008, two childhood best friends, Gaspard de Dreuzy, a video game entrepreneur, and Serge Kreiker, a financial technologist, had a thought: why not use the gaming experience to break the traditional online investing mold? The idea took hold as the team grew to include Cordell Ratzlaff, who led the design of Mac OS X at Apple, David Neubert, one of the youngest managing directors at Morgan Stanley, and Sally Wood, who brought years of experience in digital media.

That’s how Kapitall, Inc. was born.  Based in SoHo, New York, Kapitall now has 15 full-time employees. Together, they have designed and built the first—and only—online investing platform and brokerage for the rest of us.
