Five Cheapest Stocks Relative To Analyst Target Price

Understanding Target Price: When Wall Street analysts research a company, they usually release a "Sell", "Hold" or "Buy" rating, and most of them also issue a target price for the stock. The average target price, according to the analysts surveyed, is the fair value of a stock. If a stock trades below fair value, the analyst is more likely to release a "Buy" rating, and if it trades above fair value, the analyst is more likely to release a "Sell" rating.
Screening Price Relative To Target Price: Our Super Screener tool gives you the ability to screen for stocks based on their current discount or premium to the average analyst target price. In other words, Kapitall makes it easy to find the cheapest stocks relative to the average analyst target price.
An Example Of The Calculation: AT&T (T) is currently trading at $24.45, and its average target price, according to the analysts surveyed, is $30.97. The company's discount to the average target price is calculated as ($24.45-$30.97) / $30.97 = -21%.
