Kapitallists, Meet the President

We are excited to introduce to you our newly appointed company president, Stephan Roche.  The former CEO of Guidant Financial Group comes to us with nearly 20 years of executive experience that includes tenures at leading strategy consulting firm Bain & Company and ShareBuilder, an innovative online investing firm acquired by INGDirect in 2007.  Stephan received degrees from Princeton and Harvard Business School, and in 2006 made Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list of honorees.  And believe us, he's as great in person as he looks on paper; Stephan has continually impressed us since he joined Kapitall in December.

With a home base in Seattle, Stephan is already racking up the frequent flyer miles commuting to and from our SoHo offices.  When he's not leading growth initiatives and providing company leadership, he and his wife are raising 11-year-old triplets. Tough to say which is the harder job--we're leaning toward the latter.
