Gaspard de Dreuzy, CEO, Kapitall, Inc.
Gaspard is a serial entrepreneur with experience in the entertainment industry, particularly as an executive producer of video game software. He co-founded three game production, development and consulting companies and produced titles for PC, Microsoft Xbox, Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Wii systems. He has worked with some of the world’s top game developers and publishers including Atari, THQ and Mattel on popular franchises such as Ready 2 Rumble Boxing ®. Gaspard was also a senior strategic marketing consultant at Warner Music.
A native of Paris, Gaspard and his wife moved to New York in 2006. He received a Bachelors' Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
Juan F Ferrara, Senior VP Operations, Kapitall, Inc.
Juan began his professional career with McKinsey and Company, where he spent nearly 25 years at their Mexico, Sao Paulo and New Jersey offices. During this time he also served as the company’s Global Chief Information Officer in New York for 5 years. He then joined Genpact (previously part of GE Capital International Services) as Head of Operations for the Americas, overseeing US, Mexico and Guatemala operations. After 2 years Juan then entered the world of venture capital, joining MK Technology as their Managing Director.
Born in Mexico City, Juan moved to the US in 1999. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the Institute of Technology of Monterrey. He is fluent in Spanish and speaks Portuguese.
Mike Haller, Senior VP Product, Kapitall, Inc.
Mike has over 20 years of executive experience in the video game and Japanese anime industries. He entered the video game industry as a licensor of Japanese anime properties to THQ. Later, as a THQ boardmember and Senior VP, Mike played a key role in enabling the company to grow to its present position as a Top 3 video game publisher in North America. Haller most recently served as Executive VP of Sammy Studios and VP of Electronic Arts, where he oversaw both Dreamworks Interactive and EA’s Japan studio.
Having served as a diplomat in the Embassy in Tokyo for 8 years, Mike is fluent in Japanese. He received his B.S. in television journalism from Northwestern University.
Cordell Ratzlaff, Creative Director, Kapitall, Inc.
Cordell leads Kapitall’s interaction design and user experience. He is passionate about creating products that people fall in love with, and has designed a wide assortment of software applications and hardware devices for all types of users—from six-year-old girls to astronauts. During a nine-year career at Apple, Cordell led Apple's Human Interface Group, which designed major releases of the Macintosh operating system from Mac OS 8 through Mac OS X. As a Creative Director at Frog Design, Cordell designed compelling products for companies such as Disney, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Yahoo!, and Intel.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Cordell has spent the past 25 years enjoying the California sunshine.
Serge Kreiker, VP Development, Kapitall, Inc.
Serge worked at Bloomberg LLP for 5 years as a Project Manager and Technical Lead in the Research & Development group in New York City designing and building tools used by Bloomberg’s trading system. Prior to this, Serge served as a Research Assistant in the Artificial Intelligence Department for the French National Research Lab (CNRS), and as Application Developer/Programmer Analyst in the e-business department at Computer Science Corporation (CSC).
Born in Lebanon and raised in Paris, he speaks French, English and Arabic. Serge attended Mc Gill University in Montreal and graduated with Honors in Computer Science. He holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University.
David Neubert, VP Trading Technology, Kapitall, Inc.
David has spent his entire adult life immersed in financial markets, culminating in a fifteen year career in global financial markets trading bonds, derivatives and equities. At 32, working out of London, New York, Tokyo and Sao Paolo, he was Morgan Stanley's head of program trading and one of their youngest Managing Directors. David has also held trading positions at Lehman Brothers and worked as a Latin American Analyst for Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan). In 2005, he retired from banking to publish the online magazine, ThePanelist.com.
David serves on on the boards of The New World Foundation, Performance Space 122 and Brother Jimmy’s BBQ Holdings. He holds a B.A with Honors in Economics from Pitzer College and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University.
Paul Helbling, VP Finance, Kapitall, Inc.
Paul was Chief Administrative Officer at online retail broker thinkorswim, sold to TD Ameritrade in 2009. Previously, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of Investools Inc, and prior to that, as Principal Accounting Officer of Investools Inc. Other career highlights include tenures as Chief Financial Officer at Telescan Inc., VP Finance at PCC Flow Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Precision Castparts Corporation, and as VP and CFO of HydroChem Industrial Services.
Paul became a CPA in 1978, with experience in Big-5 public accounting, and in the contract drilling and oil and gas exploration and production industries. Mr. Helbling holds B.A. and M.A. Degrees from Rice University.
Ken Haller, Senior Designer, Kapitall, Inc.
Ken has over 10 years of experience designing and building interactive projects, from installations to websites. He has worked on websites and applications for NEC Global, Hewlett-Packard, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Washington Post Newsweek Interactive. Ken is also a founding member of Motohoho, a partnership of designers that create interactive networked objects exploring non-verbal communication.
Ken is a graduate of New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP), the University of Michigan, and Northern Virginia Community College, and attended the Convivio School for Human Centered Interaction Design in Croatia.
Steve Roberts, Financial Controller, Kapitall, Inc.
Steve has over 25 years of experience in the Investment Banking and Securities industries. After 10 years with National Westminster Bank in London, Steve moved to New York to run the Financial Control departments for the Royal Bank of Scotland’s derivatives trading and Corporate Lending businesses in North America. He most recently served as CFO for Numis Securities Inc., a New York based broker-dealer.
Steve holds the Series 27 securities license.

Sally is a media expert with a knack for innovation. She has over 20 years experience running and advising businesses in the media and information industries. Sally was President and Chief Operating Officer of Pearson plc's Family Education Network (FEN), a collection of Internet sites for parents, teachers and kids. Prior to FEN she was President of Pearson’s Prentice Hall Direct, a leading direct marketer and publisher of business and consumer titles. Sally has also held senior management positions at Simon & Schuster and Bertelsmann.
Formerly a board member of Agatha Christie Ltd., Sally currently serves on three boards including U.K.based Brilliant Films LLC and two non-profits. Sally received a B.A. in English from Bennington College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Eben is a financial analyst, researching companies and financial markets. Prior to Kapitall, he worked as a financial news analyst at Trade The News, compiling research reports for various hedge funds and investment banks. His writing has been featured in The New York Times, The Huffington Post, FXStreet and Forex Journal.
Eben is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics at the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

Barry Mione, CEO, Kapitall Generation, LLC
Before joining the executive leadership team at Kapitall, Barry served as VP, Product and Asset Growth Strategies at BNY Mellon. Prior to that, Mr. Mione served as Senior Director of Customer Service at E*Trade Financial, and held high-profile positions at Harrisdirect LLC, a division of Bank of Montreal, CSFBdirect LLC, a division of Credit Suisse First Boston, and DLJdirect, a division of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation.
Throughout his career Barry has served on various executive guidance committees, and was also a member of the CBOE online advisory board. Barry obtained his degree in Organizational Psychology from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY.
Chris Reyes, CCO, Kapitall Generation, LLC
Chris is a veteran financial and operational principal with 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in compliance, financial, and operational issues. Chris’s career began at Charles Schwab working in the Mutual Fund Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Accounting, and Compliance Departments. From there, Chris became a Compliance Examiner with NASD Regulation reviewing member firms finances, operations, and sales practices. In 1998, Chris joined E*TRADE’s Finance Department and was responsible for Regulatory Reporting, Risk and Insurance Management, and Market Data Services. During his tenure at E*TRADE, Chris has served as Vice President of Finance/Regulatory Reporting and Chief Financial Officer for Brown Co, Harris Direct, Web Street, and other E*TRADE broker-dealer affiliates.
Chris has a B.S in Finance from San Francisco State University and has several securities principal licenses.

Jill was a key member at Gain Capital Holdings Inc. / FOREX.com during its major growth phases in the last decade, through its IPO in December 2010. Serving as a Senior Forex Specialist, Client Services Manager, and CS Regional Manager abroad, her 5-year tenure at Spot FX took her from Wall Street to Sydney, traveling halfway across the world to launch a new satellite office at the age of 26. She has a knack for training and developing customer services teams that help clients learn and have fun while trading.
She received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester and holds various financial regulatory licenses.
